Was für ein Projekt?

Ein Blick ins Wohnzimmer.
Die letzten Monate war ich für mein Examen in Fotografie quer durch Deutschland unterwegs. Ich besuchte Menschen die bei www.couchsurfing.org angemeldet sind. CouchSurfing ist ein internationales gemeinnütziges Gastfreundschafts Netzwerk das Reisende mit Ortsansässigen verbindet. Mittlerweile gibt es 2 Millionen Mitglieder in mehr als 230 Ländern.
Ich fotografierte den Schlafplatz der dem "Fremden Gast" angeboten wird.
Die Fotos gewähren über die Couch und die Details einen Einblick in die Räume und dem Menschen der dahinter steckt.
Was erzählt unser eigene Raum über uns, über die Person die wir sind über die Interessen die wir haben...

Mein Abschluss des ganzen ist ein Fotobuch, welches im Februar 2011 fertig sein soll.

What kind of project?
 
 At the moment  i am on the way around  Germany for my upcoming exam in
 photography, at the art university of Kassel. I visit people which are registered at www.couchsurfing.org  and offer their couch there for guests.

I take a photo of the couch, or the sleeping place to the 'stranger' is offered. The photos show a small view into the rooms and shows what we share with the stranger for one night or more.
 Mostly we don`t think about much after some time how our room look to others. what tells it, what do i show of myself....we also sometimes don't think about the arrangement of our pieces of furniture, pictures, plants or Nippes...

It becomes a photobook from these pictures which will be made till the end of this year  through Germany .

My final exam is in February 2011.
